MGF returns and exchange policy gives you an option to return or exchange items purchased on MGF for any reason within the specified return/exchange period (check the product details page for the same). We only ask that you don’t use the product and preserve its original condition, tags, and packaging. You are welcome to try on a product but please take adequate measures to preserve its condition.
You have 3 WORKING DAYS TO RETURN AN ITEM FOR REFUND AND EXCHANGE item must be returned in its original condition. If you are not 99.9% satisfied with your purchase for any reason, just go through our easy online return process, or email us at [email protected]
Returns must be unworn and in the original condition, packaging with invoice. Damaged Boxes or shoes may not qualify for a refund or exchange.

Please be aware, no exchange or refund can be processed during the sales promotion period. All parcels will only be processed after the sales promotion period.
KURTI, TROUSER, KHUSSA & BAGS REFUND / EXCHANGE POLICY:
• In the interest of Hygiene, we are unable to refund or exchange Kurti, Trouser, Khussa & Bags unless faulty.
• Refund/Exchange policy is not applicable to Bags.
RETURN / EXCHANGE COST:
Please note all the returns and exchanges costs are the customer’s own care or responsibility.
If you receive a faulty item or size, please login into your account & send us a request through “Return and exchange” OR for help please contact our customer service team, with your order number, name and address, the reason for returning the item and whether you would like us to issue you a refund or an exchange. We will arrange a pick up from your doorstep.
